Customers lack empathy?
Do customers really know what goes on in the kitchen, or how hard Chef's work for so little money...
Or are they just thinking about themselves...

Who's the Chef at the restaurant?
I hear people always discussing what things cost when they go to restaurants...
What they should really be talking about is who the Chef is and what qualifications does he or she have...
Then we can focus on VALUE and not price...
